A BlackBerry device is actually designed for email communication, the main purpose is to receive or reply email in real time. The QWERTY keypad on BlackBerry allow fast and easy typing compare with touchscreen, that is the reason widely used by businessman.
Nowadays, the trend changed. Social networking is growing rapidly, such as friendship, common interest, knowledge is spreading all the way on Internet, the communication platform such as Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, and so on is getting more popular.
